smileys for blogs (links)

After some time on writing blogs, anyone would be tempted to find smileys for their blogs. Repetitive Text and TEXT is so boring. My first few googles don't turn up too much stuff, I got images(of Smileys), but not too ready to be used(many need editing to change their white or whatever-coloured backgrounds to transparent). So I painfully got down to trial-and-error on some image editing programs. I tried GIMP (wiki), which is very feature-packed. Alamak, it is after I edited a set of "them", then I found more "ready-to-be-used" ones. Well I did learned something, it's an experience ...
