The real meaning of apologize..

My dear mobile provider, M1 is apologizing for the network outrage on monday, by giving a day free of usage, tomorrow. Frankly, I am not one to nit-pick(that may be what everybody thinks of themselves...hehe...but anyway..), just giving a day's free of calls is too cheap.. for a whole day, a significant number of people are "stranded".. facebook addicts aside, for those that need to make that emergency call, it might have cost lives..

I am seriously considering switching already, M1 always has the lousiest coverage and now these had to happen.


Well to the main theme of this article... the real meaning of apologize... I guess not a lot of ppl really know..
